What can I expect during the commercial remodeling project?
After we discuss your ideas, we will work together to create a construction contract and project schedule. At Frank H. Stowell & Sons, Inc we want to know your goals for the project, things that might concern you, and where your budget is fixed.
You may have a clearly defined idea of what you need and, in that case, we will contract on a Design-Build basis. Alternatively, you may have already contracted with an architect who has prepared construction drawings.
Either way, an integral part of the process is that we hold weekly OAC (Owner, Architect, Contractor) meetings. Our experience is that by constantly “touching base” you, and we, can identify items that require minor adaptations. This maximizes communication and prevents small misunderstandings becoming expensive changes later in the process.
Upon completion, you will have adequate opportunity to do a thorough walk-through and using the mutually agreed upon “punch-list”, we will address each and every item to your satisfaction.
