Around since 1853, Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary prepares their student to be pastors, deacons, chaplains, educators, scholars, counselors, musicians and more. Frank H. Stowell & Sons has maintained a long-term relationship with this stellar school, doing our part to maintain their beautiful space in Evanston.

Our efforts are functional as well as aesthetic, transforming mechanical and electrical infrastructures up to current (and safe) standards, rehabbing student residences and creating a contemporary feel in what might otherwise be as intimidating space.
